The Client: A Medically Led Clinic in South London
Wellbeing Aesthetic is a medically led aesthetic and wellness clinic on Franklin Way in Croydon, South London. It was founded by an NHS-trained medical professional and works alongside a senior aesthetic practitioner and trainer with more than 15 years’ experience.
Every new patient starts with a free consultation, where the team assesses their skin, health history and goals before recommending anything. The clinic serves patients across Croydon, Purley, Norbury, Thornton Heath, Bromley, Sutton and wider South London and Surrey.
The treatment range covers anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, Profhilo, polynucleotides, fat-dissolving injections, PRP and a full IV drip menu.
It is a strong proposition. The challenge was making sure local patients could find it.
The Challenge
The UK aesthetics market is crowded and growing. One industry estimate puts it at more than £3.6 billion in 2026, and clinics across South London compete for the same local audience.
When our work began in May 2026, the clinic had no Meta lead-generation campaigns running and a modest budget to build with. The goal was not just more leads. It was enquiries from local people who were ready to book a consultation. We identified four challenges at the start:
A new brand
Treatment Range
A modest budget
Lead quality

Raising Lead Quality
- adding more qualifying questions and filters to the lead forms;
- tightening audience targeting; and
- narrowing locations to the clinic’s South London catchment.
